PCC recognizes that "normal business hours" may not apply to our customers, and we are dedicated to accommodating their unique schedules. In fact, we know that most of our clients are usually working during "normal business hours". The only thing more stressful than rushing through work to get to the rental dealer before they close is wasting away the best riding time in the early morning hours waiting for the rental dealer to open. And the most irritating thing for a renter after a wonderful weekend of riding is having to wait until Tuesday morning at 10 am to return the rental bike because the dealership closes at 6 pm on Sunday, and is closed all day Monday.
At PCC, we are here for you when it is most convenient for YOU, not the other way around. Our policy is simple… our customers can schedule pick-up, return, or deliveries 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. No strings attached. And we will NOT unfairly penalize you with outrageous fees for returning the bike when you want. Our charges for pre-planned additional hours are fair and reasonable, and allow you to truly enjoy riding at your own pace, on your own schedule.
